      Concept of business

Literally the term business implies busyness or the state of being busy. but this is not the proper concept of business as it is covers every human activity business is in a economic activity as it is concerned with earning money and acquiring  wealth. it is the human activity directed towards the acquisition of wealth through production and exchange of good and services. A business enterprise is an economic institution  as it is engaged in the production and or distribution of goods and services in order to earn profits and acquire wealth.

According to Honey "business maybe define as human activity to directed towards production or acquiring  wealth through buying and selling goods."


Features of business

1.Dealing in goods and services 
2.exchange ,sell transfer 
3.regularity or continuityof dealings
4. profit motive 
5.uncertainty or risk.
